STACKER 2
WORLD'S STRONGEST FAT BURNER!

The weight loss industry is a multi-million dollar entity that has thrived upon the insecurities brought on by an intolerant society.

"An estimated 38 million Americans are significantly heavier than average, and face societal and institutional bias because of their size. Fat people are discriminated against in employment, education, access to public accommodations, and access to adequate medical care. In addition, fat people are stigmatized, and are the victims of tasteless jokes and assaults on their dignity. Despite evidence that 95-98% of diets fail over three years, our thin-obsessed society continues to believe that fat people are at fault for their size." - NAAFA -

I have never been skinny, but does that mean I have never been beautiful? The weight issue has been a big issue (no pun intended) for me for a long time. I have always felt that I did not fit into society's preconceived vision of beauty, and I have gone to great extremes in the attempt to drop those persistant ten or twenty pounds. The real question is... why? Is it for me? Is it for the hopes of finally turning some heads? Or is it to try to get rid of an insecurity that, in truth, has nothing to do with my weight?

For several weeks, I heard all those inspirational radio infommercials..."Are you having trouble getting the job done?", "I lost a 110lbs. on Stacker 2.", "All the fat on my body mystically disappeared after trying Stacker 2." Without any medical consultation, (largely due to embarrassment), I decided it was my turn to try the amazing Stacker 2.

The first time, I took a Stacker 2 pill, I was bouncing off the fucking walls. That itty bitty bitter-tasting yellow pill was like putting four brand new Duracell batteries into your favorite vibrator. What a ride. I ended up painting my closet doors in under two hours (there was nothing wrong with my closet doors). I have come to the conclusion that Stacker 2 is Crack. Despite the amazing amount of energy I was now feeling, I had not lost any weight on it. The only thing it did do, was give me the side-effects. I was energized, but I was also sleepless and nervous, even edgy. I was still fat. I was just a fat person with an amazing amount of energy.

I have decided to stop taking Stacker2, and find a real, healthy way to lose weight and get into the shape I want to be in.

XENICAL may be right for you if you are considerably overweight (at least 30 lbs, depending on height, or have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or greater). XENICAL may also be right for you if you are overweight (at least 20 lbs, depending on height, or have a BMI of 27 or greater) and also have other risk factors, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease or diabetes.

UPDATE 7/19/00
My doctor put me on Xenical. Supposedly, it will stop my body from absorbing up to 30% of fat intake. He put me on Xenical because I'm between 15 and 20lbs overweight, have a BMI of 28 and have slightly elevated blood pressure. The side effects of Xenical are incredibly gross, but luckily, I haven't experienced any of them. It is also very expensive and my insurance doesn't cover it - which sucks...

"Are you having trouble getting the job done?"

UPDATE 7/20/00
Someone told me today, that I was not fat - that instead, I had my "wiring crossed"... in other words, I'm thin but crazy.

Thank you, Alison.

UPDATE 7/23/00
The truth is... I am not fat. I am insecure. I am not a gym-buffed Adonis or a Chelsea Muscle God either. I am beautiful. I am incredibly talented, intelligent, witty, compassionate, and great in bed. >snap<

Stacker2 is still crack.

UPDATE 8/11/00
Still fat, but I'm getting a haircut tomorrow.

UPDATE 3/04/01
Months later... I arrive again at my original conclusion... that the weight loss industry is a multi-million dollar entity that has thrived upon the insecurities brought on by an intolerant society.

UPDATE 4/16/07
I am now trying Relacore. LOL.

"The diet industry
sets you up for failure.

The fitness industry
sets you up for failure.

What are my qualifications?
Nothing... I can tell
you my qualifications...
I weighed 250 lbs and
now I don't, haven't
since, and never
will again.

I can tell you
my qualifications...

I'm a housewife who figured something out."

Is Obesity Abuse?

Based on her weight, three-and-a-half-year-old Anamarie Martinez was removed from her family home in late August of 2000 by the New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department.

She weighed over 120 pounds when the state took custody of her.

She is approximately three times heavier and fifty percent taller than the average child of her age.

If the child's condition has already been labeled as a "genetic defect", why are her parents being punished for it?
