Part II of the Dark Futures Trilogy - Special Format

The Dark Futures Trilogy is a collection of stories that depict three different post-apocolyptic socities.

We all have our masks, which do you wear?

All poetic quotes on this page were taken from
Familiar Quotations by John Bartlett.

Behind the Masks, there are no consequences,
no regrets, no faith, and... no hope.

Imagine a time when there is no sun.

The light of the world has gone out. The surface of the Earth has become so cold, that humanity has moved deep underground in hopes to survive. The world is now run by a twisted court-like government where its lawyers, its jury, its audience and even its judge wear masks. The original purpose for those masks was to facilitate breathing in the new harsh underground environment; but now they are eloborate and decorative, hideously dark reflections of the true nature of the wearer's soul.
